General conditions
- All rooms dispose of bath or shower, hair dryer, safe, minibar, satellite tv, radio, internet access.
- The prices are per person and per day and include overnight-stay, rich breakfast buffet, menu of choice at dinner, taxes, service charges, use of the swimming pool and the wellness centre.
Reductions:
- € -10,00 for bed and breakfast
Supplements:
- Double room used as a single room: 40 Euros per day in addition to the price of the single room
- Cot: from 30 to 40 Euros per day depending on the period, meals included
- Room service: € 4,00
- New Year's Eve menu Euro 50/Person
Arrivals and departures:
- Guests can occupy the rooms from 14, 00 on day of arrival and are required to vacate the rooms by 10, 00 on departure day. If you do not intend to have dinner on your arrival day we kindly ask you to let us know.
Booking, deposit and cancellation:
- Room reservations are valid after having received a written confirmation and sent a deposit of Euro 400,00. In case of cancellation three weeks before the arrival day we will keep the deposit, unless we are able to re-sell the rooms. In case of cancellation less then three weeks before the arrival day we will charge 70 % of the total stay; the same applies to delayed arrivals and earlier departures. In order to avoid these cancellation charges we recommend you to effect a travel insurance (see below) that amounts to 5 % of the total stay. With a travel insurance the deposit is not needed and in case of cancellation you will not be confronted with additional costs.
- It is our intention to maintain the prices stated above. However, the rates of the hotel will be adjusted in case of unpredictable tax changes.

Animals:
- Small dogs and cats are accepted in accordance with the hotel direction.
- However, animals are not allowed in common areas.
- We rate 40 Euros for the disinfection of the room.
Trip insurance:
- Have a look at our travel insurance: Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by ELVIA travel insurance. HOGAST VERSICHERUNG
