INFO COVID-19

We follow all guidelines and regulations issued by the competent authorities regarding anti-Covid-19 measures:

Reception:
- All employees will work with mouth and nose protection
- Objects that are touched by several people are regularly disinfected ‚Äč
- Disinfectant dispenser with hand sensor
- Regular cleaning and ventilation of the rooms

Rooms:
- Use of antibacterial and antiviral products (medical devices) for cleaning 
- Ventilation of the rooms during the cleaning work
- Materials which are only used for decorative purposes and are more difficult to clean (e.g. decorative pillows) are not used 
- The washing programs from 60 degrees are sufficient to clean the laundry 

Kitchen:
- Information and courses for all employees
- The kitchen is disinfected several times a day at regular intervals 
- Washing fruits and vegetables with a suitable chlorine solution (Ecolab) 
- Dishes, pots and pans are cleaned in the dishwasher at high temperatures and then put away with a face mask and gloves 
- Machines are constantly checked for detergent dosage and temperature 

Dining room / bar:
- Employees serve with mouth and nose protection
- Safety distances between guests and employees are observed (e.g. when ordering) 
- Disinfection and constant ventilation of the premises
- Cutlery is washed at high temperature with a special dishwasher 

Spa - swimming pool
- We are increasing the already very high cleanliness and hygiene guidelines 
- Lying surfaces are regularly disinfected
- Daily check of the chlorine component in the pool that eliminates coronaviruses 
- The coronavirus does not tolerate high temperatures or high humidity like in the sauna and steam bath 
- The employees work with mouth and nose protection
- Massages and treatments are possible; Lying surfaces are disinfected and utensils are stored in the UV drawer

Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 2 pm on your day of arrival. If you will not be here for dinner on your day of arrival, please let us know. Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 10 am.

 

Pets
>> Small dogs and cats are only permitted at the hotel after speaking with management.
>> Pets may not access the common spaces.
>> We charge € 10.00 / day (without food).

>> We accept payment by cash, check, debit card and credit card (Eurocard, Visa and Master Card). We ask for your understanding that Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.

Reservation, deposit and cancellation conditions 
The room reservation is only valid after written confirmation is provided.
>> In case of cancellation in the period starting from the reservation day until 22 days before the arrival date, we will retain the deposit/down-payment as cancellation fee.
>> In case of cancellation starting from the 21st day before the arrival date, we will charge 90% of the full price.
>> In case of early departure or late arrival, the entire daily amount will be charged.
To avoid these costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If official travel restrictions are applied for the time of your stay (issued by authorities in connection with Covid-19), the cancellation is free of charge. The deposit will be, at your choice, either refunded or charged for later stays.

 

Travel cancellation insurance
Before going on holiday anything can happen, it could be that you arrive late to the hotel you booked or can't go at all, or have to leave early. To make sure that you do not have any costs related with this, we recommend taking out the "European travel insurance".
