Diamant culinary experience – 3/4 board:
- Hearty breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM with a wide selection of regional specialities
- Afternoon buffet from 3:00 to 5:00 pm with hot and cold dishes & homemade sweet treats
- Evening dining from 7:00 to 9:00 pm – a four-course menu with a generous salad buffet. Choose from two starters, three warm starters, three main courses, and two desserts.
- Weekly highlights:
- Gala dinner with dessert buffet of our Pastrychef
- Traditional Tyrolean and Ladin speciality evening with appetizers buffet
- Cheese buffet

Sauna Area: 4:00 to 7:00 pm
Beauty salon & massage centre: 1:00 to 8:00 pm
Swimming pool, gym, relax area: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Wellness bag in your room with a bathrobe, slippers, and sauna towels. Bathrobes are available for the duration of your stay. If you wish to change yours, simply place it on the bathroom floor.

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you use a towel in the sauna and enter the sauna and steam room without swimwear. Children may use the swimming pool but do not have access to the wellness area or relaxation rooms.

Your room reservation is only valid after written confirmation and receipt of a deposit.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your booking up to 29 days before arrival, your deposit will be credited towards a future stay within one year of the original arrival date.
- Cancellations between 28 and 22 days before arrival will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will incur a charge of 90% of the total booking cost.
- In case of early departure or late arrival, the full daily rate will be charged.
- To avoid cancellation costs, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Travel Insurance
Unexpected events can occur before your holiday, preventing you from arriving on time, or at all, or requiring you to cut your stay short. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with European Travel Insurance.

Arrival & departure
Your room will be available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you will not be joining us for dinner on the day of arrival, please let us know.
Please vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Pets
Small dogs and cats are welcome with prior approval of the hotel management. Pets are not allowed in common areas. There is a charge of €40 per day (excluding food) with a small welcome gift.
Guest Pass
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
